-------BAKED BEEF TENDERLOIN STEAK-------no mess recipe for one

4 oz. Tenderloin Steak

Season any way you like.

Preheat oven 400 degrees

( toaster oven works well if baking 1-2 steaks )

Place tenderloin on cookie sheet ( I use tin foil)

Bake 15-20 min. or until meat interior is 125 for med. rare

serve and enjoy.

NOTE:

Marinate steak in zip lock bag - olive oil with wine or wine vinegar and herb seasoning of choice.

Frozen steak-take it out of the freezer the night before and let in thaw in the ice box in zip lock bag with the marinate.
